The status of your lock request can be followed in the voyage field.
This can be:
‘Pending’:
Your request has been forwarded by the system and is still being reviewed.
You were put on the waiting list of the requested lock because there was insufficient space for your ship in the requested lock.
‘Approved’:
Your ship has been scheduled in the requested lock.
