Under the tab ‘Convoy Elements' you have to make the choice between 'Add ship' or 'Add push barge'.
In order to add a ship, if you are not the owner yourself, you must be authorized by the owner. If this is not the case, you must ask the owner for this. He can authorize your company described in ‘Authorize ships'.
You do not need authorization to add a push barge. Any ship can add any push barge.
